By entering into and remaining on our premises, you agree to pay all fees payable for your wash service and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

You must not use the Cruizin Car & Truck Wash (the Facility) for any purpose other than to wash or clean vehicles or items including but not limited to boats, caravans, or trailers (or a dog in the case of the dog wash) suitable to be cleaned using the equipment provided without causing damage or in any manner contrary to the instructions provided in the Facility.

You will be responsible for the cost of any damage to the Facility, its equipment or fixtures caused by you or your use of the Facility, save for reasonable wear and tear. You must also not deposit rubbish or unwanted good except in the bins provided, or otherwise leave the Facility in an unreasonable state.

You acknowledge that your use of the equipment is at your own risk.

If you do not accept these conditions, please leave our premises immediately.

Purtill Group will abide by its obligations pursuant to the Australian Consumer Law, and these terms and conditions should not be taken to limit those obligations.

Other than as provided for in the Australian Consumer Law, Purtill Group expressly disclaims liability for any loss, damage or injury whatsoever which is suffered or sustained in connection with your participation in or making available your vehicle for the provision of car wash services.

You indemnify members of the Purtill Group against any liability, injury, loss or damage which may be suffered, incurred or sustained arising out of, relating to, or in any way connected with, any act or omission (including negligence) by you, your vehicle or your breach of these terms and conditions.

By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use the Facility if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

Unless otherwise stated, Purtill Group and/or it’s licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material in or affixed to the Facility. All intellectual property rights are reserved.
